Jane Duggan

CEO & Co-founder

The company was conceived of by Jane Duggan whilst working as a manager, involved with putting on national and international tours.

Whilst at Emap, Jane created Scrum.com, the first rugby union website, and then progressed to being the New Media Director at what was Emap Metro, where she was responsible for online properties for FHM, Q, New Woman and Empire magazine.  Jane left Emap and co-founded Madforsport.com.

Having managed the acquisition of the magazine, Sailing Today, for Madforsport.com and the transformation of the company, she then became involved in the music industry, managing Mercury Music Prize nominated Tom McRae, www.tommcrae.com.  She negotiated his contract with his then label, BMG, and worked with his tour agents, ITB, to co-ordinate profit making tours, as well as managing his website and merchandising.

Seeing the issues facing acts today (even those signed to major labels) and having extensive sponsorship experience, Jane realised the benefit to both brands and bands of engaging with audience in the environment of gigs, festivals and live events.

In response to this, Jane launched Jam2day.Ltd.
